FAQ

Order

1. How do I place an order?

Under order you will find an order mask, in which you can enter your individual parameters (sphere, cylinder, axis, pupillary distance (PD). Since the lenses are manufactured and assembled exactly according to your input values, it’s essential that the data entered by you are correctly measured and entered carefully.

2. How do I get my individual parameters (sphere, cylinder, axis, pupillary distance (PD)), which are necessary for the order?

Either you already have a warranty card of your current lenses or you go to your optician or ophthalmologist to make a current eye test and measure the pupillary distance (PD). Since the lenses are manufactured and assembled exactly according to your input values, it’s essential that the data entered by you are correctly measured and entered carefully.

3. How do I register my individual parameters for the order?

Go to the ordering tool and enter your individual values in the corresponding fields. What such a prescription of your ophthalmologist might look like can be found in the following examples:

4. There is an addition noted on my warranty card or my eyeglass prescription. I can’t find a field where this value can be entered. What should I do?

The value of the addition is not relevant. The ordered product is only available as a single vision lens.

5. On my eyeglass prescription are values for distance and proximity. Which power do I have to enter?

The power depends on the use of your glasses. In most cases you need the values for distance.

6. On my eyeglass prescription the pupillary distance says 62 mm. What does this mean?

This value correponds to the distance between your pupils. For all orders, the half pupillary distance must be entered, that is, the distance between the center of each pupil to the bridge of the nose. In your case you only have to halve the value and enter it in the field «pupil distance», that is 31 / 31.

7. Why is my prescription power not available in the selection?

Your required prescription power exceeds the standard diopter range and therefore can’t be ordered.

8. How long does it take until I receive the clip?

The delivery time is 3-4 working days.

9. Can I exchange the item?

The exchange of the item is not possible.

10. How do I get the order confirmation?

You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail right after a successfully placed order and it will also be found in your account under „orders“.
